SECTION 17 – GIVEAWAYS, SWEEPSTAKES & PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Gorilla LED Trucks, Gorilla LED Giveaways, and Gorilla Marketing (“Sponsor”) may run giveaways, sweepstakes, or promotions (“Promotion”).

Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the USA, 18 years or older.

  • Void where prohibited.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

 

How to Enter

Purchase Method:

 

  • Each eligible product purchase (e.g., hats, t-shirts, or merchandise listed in promotion materials) provides entries into the giveaway.

  • Example: 100 entries per $1 spent. A $30 product = 3,000 entries.

  • Bonus multipliers may be announced.

Free Method (No Purchase Necessary):

  • Email yuri@gorillamrketing.com with subject line “Free Entry”, including:

     

    • Full name

    • Phone number

    • Mailing address

     

  • Limit: One (1) free entry per person for the entire promotion period.

  • Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchase entries.

Winner Selection & Odds

Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

Odds depend on total entries (purchases + free).


Prize Details

  • Grand Prize: One (1) RC Car, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $4,000.

  • Prize is awarded AS IS without warranty.

  • Winner is solely responsible for:

     

    • Taxes, registration, and compliance with laws

    • Insurance (if required)

    • All maintenance, repairs, or replacement parts

    • Safe use and operation

     

  • Sponsor is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, or malfunctions after prize delivery.

 

Notification & Verification

Winners will be notified by email, phone, or mail. Failure to respond or complete documents (eligibility affidavit, liability release) may result in disqualification.


Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.


Conduct

Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the process, or cancel/modify Promotions if fraud or technical issues impair integrity.


Privacy

Information submitted in connection with Promotions is governed by our Privacy Policy. Free entry data (emails) may be used for administration of the Promotion.
