1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least the age of majority in their state of residence as of the entry date. Void in U.S. territories, outside the U.S., and where prohibited by law.  Employees, officers, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

 

 

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on April 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day).

 

 

4. How to Enter

a) Purchase Entry:
Receive entries by purchasing eligible Gorilla LED Trucks merchandise during the Giveaway Period. Entry amounts may vary per product.

b) Bonus Entries:

  • Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story

  • Tag 3 friends in the comments

These actions may grant additional bonus entries and may only be done once.

5. Grand Prize

One (1) verified winner will receive:

  • Traxxas Pro Scale Funco Sand Car

  • Traxxas Battery and Charger Completer Pack

  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,800 USD

Prize is non-transferable. No substitution except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

 

 

6. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on June 2, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, using random draw using a third-party tool

 

 

 

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. The winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification or another winner may be selected.

 

 

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

 

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Gorilla LED Trucks using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gorilla LED Trucks and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of the prize.
